Alice has portrayed her favourite and classic puddings - treacle tart, lemon meringue pie, Neapolitan ice cream cake and chocolate eclairs in a textural and impasto style to heighten their deliciousness. This painting is steeped in nostalgia and brings back fond childhood memories of encounters with all of these sweet things.
